I had a day off and...
I had a day off and wanted to give the clubs in Nashville another try. I had seen Gabrielle's show up on this site recently and decided to give it a try. It is in a decent location just on street off to the right from West End right after the Broadway and West end Split. The building had been a club before, but now it is open under new management. They said it has been open for just about a year now. Apparently Gabrielle was a dancer herself and she and a few others bought this building to open up another club. In my opinion it is better than Crazy Horse.
Parking: Be sure to park on the right hand side of the entrance. There is a sign on there door saying that if you parked on the left hand side of the building that you will be towed by the other businesses around them. You can park up against the building or in the lot just next door behind the bank and Baja Fresh.
The atmosphere is similar to most other clubs I have been to but a little run down. The bathroom sink had a large whole in basin and the stall doors are beat up, but he bathroom was functional. They have a double stage that is actually a "Y" shape with poles and chairs at each fork of the "Y". In the middle of the stage they have a large ring, like a huge swing set. Some dancers can do some interesting tricks on the ring. The stage has the 3 foot pit between the customers and the dancers so you have to toss your tips up to the stage or just drop them in the pit. A bouncer will get in the pit to collect the money for the dancer.
