This was my first visit to After Dark. It was also my first visit to any club after the new laws passed in Missouri. I was curious to test the waters.

This club is located just of off I-44. I had a hard time finding it because I took the wrong exit. There's a large 'Road Ranger' truck stop and the club is a a little ways down the road behind it.

It was a Thursday evening around 10:00pm. The club was totally dead. There were about five dancers on the shift, plus a female bartender. I saw one other male in the building, not sure if he was a customer or club employee. The entire time I was there, two dancers were talking to this guy and another was talking to the bartender. They only left their seats to go on stage.
