Stopped at Brad's on a Saturday night. The place was pretty full, and seats were hard to find. The cover was $7, which was very reasonable considering the quality of the girls. Smoking is allowed, and drinks are reasonably priced for a SC ($4.75 for bottle). This is topless only, but overall a great club.

The place is set up as one long stage with 3 poles. There is slightly elevated seating on one half and regular seats on the other side. I definitely recommend the elevated half, because the view is better if you are in the back, and the girls seemed to hang out there more than the other side. The is a dance room in the back ($12/song), a semi-private room ($20/song), and a VIP room ($100/30 min). The dances are high-mileage. You get a little more or less depending on the girl.

Overall the girls were pretty good quality. There were a few 5's but also a few 9-10's. The girls will occasionally work the seats for $1 dances, which are nice to get an idea of what a girl will do in private.
