SJP used to be one of my favorite clubs in SoCal, but it has been replaced by others. It's located in Pomona, which is gang central and not the best area to hang around. But it's a nice, laid back club with some good/very good dancers, and cheap $10 lap dances. You'll want to drive there, and probably not go walking around the neighborhood at night. The club attracts a lot of young hispanics with not a lot of money. The dayshift dancers are typically good/very good, and of course at night you can find some very hot dancers. The real draw for me is the relaxed, no hassle atmosphere, the good looking dancers, and of course the $10 laps. On the other hand, if you're coming here for a very high mileage $10 lap, then you'll probably be disappointed. In general, the girls here don't deliberately attempt to get you off during the laps. If it happens, it probably took a bit of effort on your part. There are exceptions, and some make things very easy, but in general it can be quite frustrating if that's what you're looking for.

However, it is IMO one of the top 5 clubs in SoCal in terms of value (I'm a sucker for $10 laps), so it's definitely recommended. BTW, there is also a $75 VIP for 5 topless songs, but I rarely do that. Also, unfortunately the club doesn't open until 6pm on weekends, which for me sucks.
