1st King is located not far...

1st King is located not far from the other two of the big 3 Gardena black clubs (Starz and King Henry VIII), and right across the street from Ron's Barbary Coast, another black club that never seems open when I'm there during the day. 1st King is a very small club, and as you enter there is a pool table on the left, and a curtained off lap area past that, on the right is a bar, and in front of you is the stage. In my experience, the dancers at 1st King are generally in the 4-7 range in terms of looks, and often you'll see black dancers with some incredibly huge booties. Almost cartoonish. If you like that, this is your place. No problem being a white guy here, though I never (rarely) venture into the area at night. In my experience the lap dance mileage can vary drastically. You might get a huge butt hammering your crotch until you cry out in pain, or you might get a girl whose goal is to release all of your pent up frustrations. One of the other big negatives for me is that the lap area is VERY dark, lit only by blacklights. So even if you find a hot dancer, you can't see her in action. There's two rows of divided seats facing each other, but due to the darkness you can't even see much of the other dancers in action.

So for me the real draw is the implied nasty factor of black strippers in the hood, and possible HM/VHM, but due to the dark booths and generally low dancer quality, it's not very high on my list. Though I can't help but stop by on my way to/from Starz...
