Went there on a Tuesday evening, very easy to get there. Just park in the lot straight across from the "last exit in USA" and walk across the border, then flag down a taxi driver at the cab stand. About $8 to park in the duty free lot for a few hours, $5 cab ride plus whatever tip you feel like giving. Didn't get charged a cover, not sure if this is the norm or not. Drinks weren't too expensive (for myself) but then again I just stuck to the cerveza. After sitting at the bar for about 5 or 6 sips of beer, a girl came up to me and started chatting me up. The face wasn't spectacular but her body was stellar, for the life of me I can't remember her name and I could barely understand her because my Spanish is terrible and so was her English. After a couple drinks we headed upstairs, she wasn't a 10 by any stretch but there was really only one thing I was after. It was $12 for the room upstairs, $60 for her, and a dollar tip here and there for the guy handing out rooms and the guy who cleans the rooms. Not a bad evening, and I achieved what I was looking to achieve. Lots of girls just standing around in the bar, and on occasion one will reach out and get touchy-feely as you walk by. By my standards, I would say that the vast majority of the girls in there were 6s to 9s.
