Took advantage of the need to be in this area to stop by AJ's for the first time. Can't say I disliked it, but that could be due to the luck of catching the eye of the best looking dancer in the club on this afternoon shift. I assume the club saves the better talent for the night shift, as it was not an unattractive bunch, but nothing particularly special either. Bartenders and staff were friendly, clearly trying hard to make you feel at home, Afternoon drink prices were decent, and though a bit of NJ hustle was definitely at play, it was not too offensive, and they seemed more concerned with trying to make a return customer out of you. I would say I'll return in the future, but would not go way out of my way to do so. Would be nice to check out the evening shift at some point.
