Henry VIII South is one...
Henry VIII South is one of the reasons Detroit remains as one of the best strip club regions in the country. After a long time away, I stopped in Thursday afternoon. Sitting next to a nice residential area in Southgate, Henry VIII has been there forever. Walking in the front door, you see the main stage ahead of you, and a side stage off to the right of the front door. There are tables in front of the main stage and in the alcove off to the right, along with seats at the bar and on a long 2 table setup between the bar and the main stage. You pay a cover just about all the time, I've never stopped in at the beginning of the day to see if that remains a no-cover fee entrance. No happy hour prices, my beer was $6.75, served by the long lasting cutie that's been there for years. The place has been spiffed up, it used to be such a dump.
As usual, I didn't lack for company as a string of dancers stopped by every few minutes to give me the "Henry" handshake and ask if I wanted dances. One of my ATF's stopped by, we talked and went back to the improved VIP area. The VIP area used to be cheap seats in a common area in a back room. It has been changed to a number of semi-private booths. The carpeting has been removed and hopefully burned.... I can imagine how impregnated it got over the years. LMAO. My dances with her were good, it was a nice warmup. I returned to my seat where a few minutes later, another babe stopped by, gave me the Henry "handshake" and convinced me that she was the one I needed. Looking at her, I had to agree. Henry VIII has a good selection of somewhat older dancers that have been around for awhile. That's a good thing. I went back with the second dancer and ended up happy between her ample breasts. Come to Detroit, guys. I pull no punches in my reviews. Henry VIII remains a club to visit and have a good time.
