I was at Adelitas on September...

I was at Adelitas on September 18th around 8 pm after leaving Amnesia. It was the 48th year anniversary of Adelitas though other than the hot tequila shot girls out front and a few announcements by the staff, it did not seem like that special an evening.

Adelitas is just two bars down from Hong Kong. I took the five dollar cab ride from Amnesia. I felt safe enough on the street from the cab to the door but did not venture off from there. I did not have any trouble both nights I was in TJ but I rode cabs to all my locations and took a cab back to the border.

Adelitas is not much different from a normal bar layout. It is dark and all on one level but I did not have any making it to the one bar. There are lots of tables and chairs and at least one TV with the Saturday night fight on.
