Slightly below average club with slightly above average dancers. While the show takes place downstairs, I prefer the upstairs bar. Comfortable stools, drink prices are only 2-3 times the price of a regular bar (compared to the exorbitant markups i've had at other clubs). Nice volume levels there, if you care to buy a dancer a drink and chat for a moment.

Very little comfort to be had downstairs though. The stage seating is only slightly better than metal folding chairs and doesn't encourage anyone to stay at the rail for more than a dancer or two. And yes, the soda price is outrageous. If you are in the habit of chugging your drinks, bite the bullet and get the unlimited refills. Overall, there is very little seating beyond the stage. 3 or 4 tables with two seats each, perhaps 10 barstools, and some kind of bench thing on the side. Fortunately, the club has never been packed when I visited. And more than a few times I have been the only non-staff person there.

Class Act does have some talented dancers, which more than makes up for the assorted nit-pickings I have mentioned. Show up early or late on a slow day, and there will only be a few gals working, but during the prime evening hours there generally is over 10. The variety in ages and body types amongst the dancers was better than you find in most midwestern clubs. There were a couple skilled and extremely flexible poledancers who I recognized from Metro area joints, and a few "seasoned veterans." Dancers work a three-song (shortened songs mostly, unless it's latenight and the DJ is lazy) set then rotate out to the floor, where they make the rounds for private dances. The girls aren't overtly pushy and don't constantly try to get you to go VIP. Couch dances were, for the most part, worth the $20. Only one dancer obviously wasn't into it and made no effort to disguise her apathy. Had private dances from three other dancers, and ended up extending through multiple songs with all of them. YMMV, but was thoroughly impressed with the mileage I received.
