I was in NN on business and was bored in the hotel on a Wednesday night, so I went exploring. Used this web-site for places to go. Pulled onto Dresden from Jefferson. Drove into Dresden for a half mile and it was became residential after 2 blocks. Went back to Jefferson and saw a bar near the corner with Jefferson. Name in front of the building wasn't J.B.'s Gallery of Girls. Sign was for Liquid Blue Sports Bar and Gentlemen's Club. Hope this is just a new name for the old place. Got checked for weapons at the door along with a $5 cover. They actually carded me. I'm 50+ and they asked for ID.

The place was predominantly black in ethnicity. One other white customer. All black dancers, bartender and staff. Dancers were 4-5 in quality. I'm no judge of age, so I won't try. Music came from a juke box that the dancers were hustling for tips to feed. Music matched the ethnicity of the employees. I didn't see any beer taps or beers on the bar so I ordered a bourbon. The bar maid asked if I wanted Jack or Crown. Either she had limited choices to offer or she didn't know the difference. Drink cost $4.00. One dancer asked if I wanted company when she got off stage. No pool tables or other distractions. The "sports bar" aspect was one TV tuned to ESPN. Typical VA bikini bar. Nothing to generate any excitement. All tipping is done stage-side with minimal contact allowed. I left before my lady offering company got off stage. Just not enticing enough to warrant a return visit.
