Rating is mostly based on a single dancer. Club itself is small and not at all "upscale". Single tiny stage, a bar area, about a dozen or so tables of various sorts and maybe 6 dancers the night I was there (a Sunday night). Only one really attractive dancer, but she easily rated an 8, which in that setting made her a ten. Got some very, very liberal dances from her for $25 a pop in the otherwise terrible "VIP" section. Club could easily rate a lot lower otherwise. There are pictures of quite a few really hot dancers on the wall, the doorman swore they all still worked there. I just don't believe it.
