Called in at 11 a.m. whilst on a Powell Blvd. run but it was actually my first stop as both Lucky Strike and Rose City turned out to be closed. Glimmers was only just starting up for the day but they were able to offer some food, although both the breakfast special items were unavailable. Food and drinks were moderately priced. The club itself is fairly small with a usual selection of gaming and lotto machines and a medium sized stage.

Only two dancers, both mature in years were working. They were friendly enough but I got the 'only doing this to get back on my feet and I need private dances' line from one of them. The stage dances did nothing to inspire me, so I declined. The staff, who I gather are new management, are very welcoming and I give them full credit for being open when other places were closed but there is much better talent in Portland than the lunchtime shift here, so I’d want to read reviews of more interesting dancers before I returned.
