A "Wanna dance?" lap dance factory....
A "Wanna dance?" lap dance factory. At least on the night shift. So that made my inaugural visit a disappointment.
Niagara Falls is block after block after block of motels, hotels, ma & pa motels, and restaurants. To give some idea, I reserved a room at a Days Inn. Turns out there's six in this city. It's like that with all of the other chains too! Being after Labor Day, it's now "low season" and the tourist numbers to visit the falls are way down. That means many deals to be had, and the cheapest rate for an overnight motel stay I saw is $29. Also, Tony Roma's has a banner touting "All you can eat ribs" for $16. That a chain like Tony Roma's has to discount to compete tells you there are deals to be had here.
Back to The Downer. The club was pretty full of guys with several standing around the bar area due to a lack of seats on the floor. Maybe 250 guys or so ... and probably 50+ dancers on duty. I got a seat (after paying $5 cover) in the second row of tables from the main stage. I was impressed by the talent on the main stage (for a while...) Those gals performed 3-song sets going from fully clothed to topless and then nude by song 3. Guys can lay on the stage here (on their backs) with dollar bills in their mouths and the dancer(s) will straddle them, rub their crotch, stick their crotch and boobs in their faces, etc. By far the best value here!
