I can't stay away when I'm in Connecticut, and my perseverance was rewarded with my most recent trip to the Blue. Well, almost. The club hasn't changed much, still acceptable cleanliness, still professionally staffed, and my biggest requirement, it's in a safe location. I avoid the clubs in rougher areas, but I feel comfortable with the Blue's rural location. No cover in the day time, but that's the only deal I know of. What made this trip special was the brunette spinner who approached me. She wasn't as old as most dancers there, but she wasn't young either. Very relaxed, friendly conversation followed where she kept up small talk while working her way closer. I couldn't resist her, and when we got to the alcove in the otherwise empty ld room, she proceeded to redefine lap dances for me. The only flaw? That Googoo dolls song.
