Stopped by Arts while I was passing through on business. I had read the reviews and new that it was not the best place in town, but it was the only club within walking distance of the downtown hotels. The club is small, yet the atmosphere inside was definitely friendly. The bar was clean and the layout was decent: two stages with some seating around. Unfortunately, I was not to impressed with the dancers they had working. There were probably only 4 girls working that night and only 1-2 visible at any time. They were not the greatest dancers and were kinda unenthused. After each dance, the girls would make their tip rounds. I grabbed a drink from the bar and sat at a high-top table in the corner. There were probably 10-15 other guys in the bar - it looked like a good mix of locals and out-of-towners. They do have a semi-private private dance area and I decided for $20 I might as well give it a try. I picked the best proposition in the place; a cute, slender brunette that had just got done dancing. She gave me the run-down of the "rules" which weren't as conservative as some places, but coming from FL, definitely not the most liberal. She gave a pretty good lapper, good contact, but YDMV. All in all, I wish I would have checked out some of the other clubs in town.
