I've visited VIS 3-4 times over...

I've visited VIS 3-4 times over the last few months. I've been to numerous other clubs in LA/OC in my career, as well.

The neighborhood here is very industrial and a little sketchy, but the parking area in back seems secure. Interior is pretty nice; small stage and rail, lots of tables, with open topless lap dance bench along front wall and nude dance room in rear. Nude room has benches in a "well" for regular dances and booths facing a wall for VIP/half-hours. No DJ on dayshifts, just pre-recorded music played at a comfortable level. Songs are pretty long, gen. 4+ minutes (even on 2-for-1s). No drink hustle.

Dancers are fairly weak; usually just 3 or so in daytimes, with a couple of latinas and an older white girl or two. This is the minor leagues, so don't expect any perfect 10s (or even 8s). But a couple are reasonably fit and have good attitudes (in other words, minimal "stripper shit"), and are worth it.
