This was my first time in Baltimore, so I read the reviews carefully and decided Flamingo was my best bet for a good dance on my limited budget.

I cruised past the crowd at the door and took up position at the far end of the bar to scope things out. As others have noted, the stage is awkward because the bartender's aisle is between it and anywhere you can sit. The dancing (dancer's looks and dancer's moves) wasn't interesting anyway, in spite of total nudity at the end. The bartender offered me a drink. I'm a teetotaler, so I asked the price of a soft drink: $7.00. I said I was here for dances, not drinks. Bartender's solution was to set a glass of water in front of me so neither of us would get in trouble. Smart.

A lovely petite white dancer sat down and offered a dance. I asked about the 3 for $40 deal and she indicated that would be fine. We paid the $40 to the bartender and headed for a cubicle. The rules are fairly strict: Hands on her waist, mild grind. However, she was happy to flaunt the rules for a tip: for an extra $20 I had my way with her breasts, but the bra had to appear to be in place from behind her. At the end of two, she was done. When I protested she said Yea, "2 for $40." I pointed out that that was clearly not the case, so she gave me a dance even more mechanical than the first two. I decided to check out some more of the block.
