Sharkey’s is a topless gentlemen’s club. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s a smaller place. Comprised of a single stage, with a bar at one end and a private dance area near the pool table, I doubt the club floor measures over 900 square feet. Drinks are reasonable (around 6 bucks) and it’s not too dark and not too loud, it’s a pretty comfortable little spot. The private dance area is basically a row of four cubicles: each cubicle containing an oversized leather seat, a security camera, and a privacy curtain.

There’s no DJ, the dancers just punch up whatever song they want to dance to on the tiny wall mounted jukebox. It feels like this might be The Living Room’s minor league club. Both Sharky’s and The Living Room share the same management.

The evening I visited this establishment, there were at least 7 girls working, and only 4 customers (including me). That night, the dancers ranged anywhere from a 6 to an 8. There a few bellies, some cottage cheese and some sagging, but I actually prefer that to the rock-hard implants and too-tanned skinniness. Most importantly, almost every girl was genuinely friendly, or at least did a great impression of someone who is genuinely friendly.
