I must have driven by this...

I must have driven by this place about 100 times. I thought it was just a neighborhood dive bar, the kind of bar I love. One Saturday afternoon, I decided to lose my cherry and stick my head in the door. Wow, it was like going into a time machine, right back to a 1970s black exploitation movie. And I mean that in a good way. Real nice bar tender, real cold beer, and ok looking dancers behind a seemingly improvised stage. If it's been there for as long as it seemed to be, I guess it's not improvised. Had their special Eagles drink, it was something green made with Midori. They were out of the fixin's for the Phillies drink. I think there was about 2 other guys in the bar.

I haven't been back since last summer, but, wouldn't say no to stopping in again in the next year.
