Early this afternoon I auditioned at...

Early this afternoon I auditioned at Baby Dolls, as has been my plan for months. I just turned eighteen this Saturday and meant to go then, but (due to nerves) I just couldn't bring myself to go through with it (though I made it to the parking lot at least twice). This time I made it through the door and was instantly intimidated by the club lights and the beautiful women! I asked for the manager and one of the girls came up to me and gave me a little pep talk until the manager came over. I explained that I would like to audition and he too tried to put me a little more at ease. Funny thing, I don't remember much from the first turn on the stage, but I do remember it was exhilarating! He invited me back tomorrow night and I am so looking forward to it. Before I left I chatted a little bit with the ladies (some pretty, some gorgeous!) and some with the customers. One nice older gentleman gave me $20 and a wink, along with an expressed desire to see me the following night. I can't say much for the decor, layout, etc. because I was just too nervous to take it in. One regret, I meant to have a chat with the DJ about a song with a little taste for my first official dance tomorrow. I dance so much better when moved by the music. All in all, the club gave me a wonderful impression and I plan to make many happy returns! : D
