The Mermaid has a long history...

The Mermaid has a long history in West Palm Beach. A couple of years ago they relocated to their current location. The move was very positive. Generally the club has always been pretty scruffy but if you are looking for anything goes playtime it fits the bill. Unfortunately over the years the girls have been older and generally 3 to 6s. I went in to see Taylor on Tuesday (she is about a 6). I was pleasantly surprised that there were more girls there than usual and they were decent. No 8's but still ok. The dances are $10 and you can usually go to a fairly private back area for under $100. I was there just after opening time - about 12:15pm and there were 6 girls available. I had a good time. You won't find great conversation or beautiful women in gowns like Rachels or Diamonds but the fun is inexpensive and occassionally you will find a diamond in the rough.
