I visited the Manor last weekend, had a good time. The exterior of the club looks a little run down, but the inside is nicer, clean, and has comfortable leather chairs, and had 2 or 3 large flat screen TV's with sports on. There is only one stage, but there's lots of good seats around it, including a raised section with good views of the stage. There was a $4 cover, drinks were typically priced for a club (i.e. expensive, $7 or $8 for a import bottle of beer). There were two choices for dances offered, one at your seat for $10/song. The other in the VIP room, for a $22 cover and $20/song. The music varied per stage dancer, I assume they get to choose their own music to dance to. The music wasn't so loud that talking with the girls was ever difficult, but did require leaning in to properly hear.
The dancers were all attractive, mixed ethnicities, each one appealing to different tastes. Some girls were very skinny, others had more of a girl-next-door appeal. Some were heavily done up in makeup, others more natural looking, one dancer even had braces (which I had never seen in a club before). The quality of the dance sets was mixed, some girls seemed very experienced with the pole and with the crowd, others seemed nervous, or bored. Each set was three songs long, the first they remained clothed, the second song topless, and the third song nude. There was often a two or three song break in between dancers on the stage. The dancers were very friendly when talking to, none of the ones that approached me were overly aggressive about asking for a private dance (unlike some other clubs I've visited). They also seemed sensitive to the $22 cover.
Overall, I believe the club could do better by lowering or dropping the $22 vip cover, doing some promotions, and cleaning up the exterior a bit. I plan on returning to the Manor in the next couple of weeks, it's the best club in the area.
