How does the college calendar affect PC?

Semester is winding down, will it be less crowded in June with JMU out for the summer? Will there be less dancers (or less quality dancers) with JMU students gone? Or will the difference be negligible?

I noticed some of the snyopsis of the clubs (with the prices and services) mention non-smoking. Is it to be inferred the clubs that it isn't mentioned, smoking is allowed? I'd much prefer to go to a non-smoking…
