Small but mighty
Even if you are in Raleigh, skip over the larger/flashier clubs as it is worth the drive over to Durham for Teasers. Like others have said parking is easy with a deck nearby. Cover was $12 and you can make change for singles right as you check in. There is a fish bowl for tips. Don’t be cheap, the girl who checked me in was friendly & cute. She’s not a dancer though. The owner often works up at the door too so tipping the door girl, IMO, goes a long way. Look presentable and don’t wear athletic clothes. They will turn you away. The place is well lit, aka dim enough to feel private but bright enough to enjoy the talent walking around. The bar is right as you walk in and I grabbed a corona and cost me $12 with tip. I think the price was $9.50 but I didn’t want the coins so I dropped em in the fish bowl along with my bills for a tip.
From there the best bet is to grab a cushion chair by the main “stage.” I use quotes because there is no elevated stage. The pole is on the floor level. This actually gives you the best opportunity to sample the menu before deciding on what dancer catches your eye. Because you are only separated by a velvet rope there’s a decent amount of contact that can happen when tipping. Let the girl initiate because the bouncers take their job seriously. Most of the dancers did at least thank me when I tipped and some invite you to put the tip in their thong or invite you in for a motorboat. They dance for two songs and after that they go to the “satellite” stage for two songs. A small platform on the right side of the club. If you are interested in a girl you can move over to the satellite stage and continue to tip. I have found that this is the best way to get a dancer’s attention that has caught your eye.
There were around 20 girls working that night and there truly was something for everyone. Petite, black, white, Latina, tattoos, girl next door types, bbw, and are all pretty attractive in their own right. Girls will come up to you but usually respond well to a “no thanks” if they aren’t what you are looking for that night. The dancers used to be able to sit on your lap on the floor while they were chatting you up to sell you a dance. But something happened where ownership implemented a policy that dancers now have to be in their own seat or standing. It can get awkward quick if you are seated and there isn’t an open chair nearby. So move to the bar or some of the chairs in the back away from the stage to chat. You can usually post up at the bar with an open seat next to you and a girl will approach you in no time. You can get dances downstairs if you want. Low mileage. She can touch you but you can’t touch her. I didn’t do a downstairs dance so I don’t know the price.
Upstairs is where the magic happens. It’s a minimum $100 for four songs or 10 mins. This night I had a cute little girl next door type so I sprung for the $300 for 30 mins if you pay in cash. They take card and you have to leave your ID with it. And there is a surcharge. So the same 30 mins would have cost me $360 on the card.
I would say the VIP dances are medium mileage. In addition to an amazing lapdance and stripper tricks, I could touch and grab and squeeze everywhere but in between her legs. She wanted me to spank her, she kissed my neck, and wanted me to suck on her nipples. I happily obliged. YMMV. And the dancers all have their own different boundaries. And there are cameras. You can hear the VIP bouncer over the intercom in each booth if you are close to crossing a line. They also come over the intercom when it’s the last song. You can use this opportunity to add time if you want. I was having fun so I went for another 30 mins. This time on my card. In case you are wondering, it does show up as Teaser’s Men’s Club on your CC statement. So if that’s not something you want either come in with enough cash or take the hit on the ATM fees on the ATM they have in the club.
All in all it was a great night. Don’t let the location and size fool you. This place is smaller but it packs a punch. The girls are all genuine quality people who seem to enjoy what they do. Which that kind of positive vibe goes a long way.
