Hi there! Do you recall what year SRVN opened and or when you first visited? We’ve likely seen each other in passing. Yes, weekday afternoons were my favorite also. It’s way too packed and full of intense crazy energy the weekend evenings (at least for me). Yeah, you’re right the mileage is hit and miss. It can be exhilarating or disappointing. P.S. I walked in prior to shift change which is at 8:30. Admission is $10 before 8:30 and $30 afterwards, both include a free drink.
