Eclispe Weekend. Seems like a different club.
A lot is on menu in night time as well but the prices are higher during peak hours. Pro tip- Go upstairs around 1 am in the night, and it will come easy and cheap.

OTC strategy
Most girls will do OTC only after you've seen and spent on them ITC a few times. If you're asking about it in the first visit, they may be suspicious of you and would 99% say no. But there is always that 1 girl in every club who offers OTC in the first visit ;)
