I was genuinely trying to write a nice review mainly in comparison to when it was PT’s. We had a good experience but also as said in the review this is still a fairly new experience for us. That and being unsure of proper terms and even review rules. One said you could be explicit but then someone said it was too explicit. I didn’t mean to offend or waste anyone’s time. I’m really sorry.
