As far as my math can tell you get the most out of your money per minute with the 15 minute booths, as long as you know what girl you want and would enjoy getting a dance from in advance anyways.

I went early enough, about half hour before the night roll call. Saw who was there for the day crew and enjoyed some dances with them before they left, then saw who arrived for the night and enjoyed more dances. All without fighting for seats or parking :)
