    Quick hands
Hi, I recently was fired from here after 2 years. I'm sorry for your experience. Something stuck out to me that you said the dancers don't get into the stage dances that much. I absolutely LOVE dancing onstage and am always ready to do so enthusiastically. Unfortunately, one of the petty reasons I was given for being terminated was my performance style was deemed "too aggressive." I actually enjoy pole tricks and flipping upside down between the bars.

Very accurate. I should know. This used to be my home club for a while. The reason the number of dancers is the same even not in peak hours is because entertainers here are technically employees being misclassified as independent contractors. They are required to be there from open to close the entire 8 hours. Can't call out without a doctor's note. Hires unprofessional male staff that dates and sleeps with the entertainers and abuses them. Then doesn't fire these individuals and holds the girls accountable and blames them. Drama between girls because of it. Owner doesn't let girls eat after 9 o'clock. Will randomly get in trouble for being on your phone even if you're a hard worker that doesn't spend all the time on your phone. Will get fined for various reasons. Will have to pay a $100 fine to come back and work there. It's an abusive and hostile environment. The girls won't speak publicly on it or do anything about it because for the local girls it's the nearest place to work so they tolerate the poor treatment. I did for a while and if you're committed it's doable if you treat it as an on the books job but the worst part to me is the lack of support for the girls against the male staff. They protect the girls against the customers but the DJ and various bouncers are both constantly going from one girl to the next, mistreating them, and causing tension between them. It's sick. That's where I drew the line and went north to Cafe Risque.
