Hang out at the Wynn (or pretty much any other high end casino). Hookers are always walking around. They are usually easy to spot early in the night as they will be playing with the Electronic Poker Table at the Bar by themself. Towards the later evening they will be walking around and will usually give you a big smile. Just say hello, where's the party. If their a hooker they will stop right there and talk to you.
