Hi desertscrub, I'm new to this site and aware that probably anything i say will still sound like i "work" for the club but i can assure you my visit was genuine :-)
What i should have mentioned was this visit took place Sept 2017 and we'll be visiting again this November 2018. Last year was our first year in Vegas and so we tried to take in as much as we could. With regards to strip clubs our trip went like this; Thurs night: Hustler, Sapphire, Deja Vu Showgirls. Fri night: Palomino, Lacy's, Sapphire. Sat night: Spearmint Rhino, Deja Vu Showgirls & Sapphire.
As far as we were concerned Sapphire was the most enjoyable and had the better selection of dancers. On the first night (Thurs) my wife picked out a dancer for me and before my dance i was told that it was $20 for a dance, $40 to touch. I've been to a couple of strip clubs in the States before and i had never been told this so i was quite apprehensive. She definitely had nice assets but i sensed i was being played so easily kept my hands to myself. As it was my first dance i thought if the next dancer mentions the same i wont be staying here very long. As i suspected it was a rotten apple who heard my accent and thought she could finesse some extra cash. Fortunately for us, the other dancers made up for this one and we stayed a little longer and returned each night.
I'd say our biggest disappointment was that the dancers with the profile that we liked were not on the floor often - probably because they were quite popular with other patrons. Which is fair enough but a couple times i had to literally run after a dancer before they disappeared and we never saw them again! We warmed to a couple dancers who recognised us from the previous night(s) and would sit, drink and chat with us. They weren't afraid to be touchy feely with my wife which was great for me to watch and even better when she'd pull out a $20 and decide she wanted a bit more.
VIP was a 50/50 experience for me. I liked the semi privacy and the mileage seemed to go up a notch. Whether that was because we had a good rapport with our dancer or that's how it usually goes down in VIP i dont know but it was enjoyable. What i didnt like was the fact that i was fully aware i had paid near enough $300 for approx 10-12 mins. I could've paid a third of that for dances on the floor and i think i still would've been satisfied. Each to their own with regards to VIP but unfortunately i dont have $10K to throw in the air so i have to be a little bit wiser with my cash.
I'm sure the calibre of girls will be still be high when we go back this month, i think we'll go to fewer clubs this time and relax in the ones we know we like. I may write reviews on the others but we're likely going to return to Lacy's & Sapphire. I'd like to try Chica Bonita & Mayweather's club and one of Treasures or Crazy Horse
Hustler and Deja Vu have good stores so we may visit those in the early evening before the real fun starts. Happy to give an updated review to anyone who cares lol but yea genuine visit, genuine review
