I was in town on business and arrived at around 9:30 PM, Thursday evening, after leaving 2001 Odyssey across the street due to boredom. This is the review I promised to write after the 2001 Odyssey review. Although I saw a couple of 6's, overall, this club was stacked with 8+'s and a few 10's. I only saw one Latina (more on her later), a couple of black dancers, and the rest where white. There were about 20 dancers when I got there, but more came in after about an hour. Most were toned and some were straight up athletic builds (firm but no bulk). Overall, it's a low-ink club but there were a couple moderately inked dances. To me, this club has the same vibe as a Vegas club. First, the caliber of women is very high. Second, given there are no VIP rooms, the women approach you quickly and make their sales pitch in a matter of a few minutes - if that. Don't expect to chat up a gorgeous chick for two songs before she demurely ask for a lap dance. You will get the pitch before the current song ends. Also, there were plenty of men in the club (like Vegas) and some were getting loud - even without alcohol. The club has lower lighting once you move away from the stage. Finally, the dancers pick their own music and it's more hip-hop. If you are looking for extras, do not expect that in this club since all the dancing is in full view of the public area - no judgements here, just sharing info. The dancers were in the 20's to 40+. I don't mean the school teacher 48-year-old that shrinks your dick. I mean the low-ink Jennifer Aniston, Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez caliber women mixed in the crowd of younger dancers. When you walk into the club, the stage is straight ahead. These dances tend to get naked fast and so don't be surprised if time you walk in, there's a spread pussy almost at eye level. Lap dances are given around the perimeter. The signature dance move in this club is the full-frontal naked grind where the dancer is simulating riding you up and down -- many times with one of her legs between yours. You will see several fully naked women doing this to guys on the perimeter. PRO TIP #1: MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR LAP DANCES ON THE FAR RIGHT WALL. The right side of the club, facing in from the door, has full mirrors. This means you get a full view of a naked dancer on you during the entire dance. PRO TIP #2: Although there are posted signs saying dances are $20-$30, never pay $30. Dancers either quoted me $25 up front or quickly dropped from $30 to $25 if I hinted at resisting. This is cheaper than 2001 Odyssey across the street. PRO TIP #3: Always make sure you ask the dancer if touching is allowed on her breast. I got burned because I asked too late. I'm posting this now to save my fellow mongers. Even here, where there's pussy showing everywhere, you can get hustled into a zero-millage dance if you don't check first. I really think this chick was the exception though. Lap Dance #1: Pamela the Natural Wonder of "Nipples" from Peru She was the only Latina I saw in the club when I arrived. This is going to be a multi-day review of 2001 Odyssey. I arrived in Tampa on a Wednesday and left on a Friday. Since I was in town on business, SC’ing after 11:30 PM was not a viable option for me. All three of my days were early visits. TLDR: If you go early, it all comes down to finding a single dancer (out of the few there) to make or break your visit. GENERAL OBSERVATIONS: 2001 Odyssey a) They play mostly rock music and very little urban music. This may or may not matter to you. b) Unlike the gentlemen clubs I’ve been to in Vegas and Houston, there’s no “creepy dude in the bathroom”, handing you paper towels with a big tip jar near the sink. c) This bathroom was small, clean, and functional. d) There is a HIDDEN FEE to enter the lap dance area of $5. PRO TIP: You can usually get away with paying it once if you remind the bouncer you have paid already. e) The lap dance area is semi private and has mirrors which is a great effect. f) At the times I went, parking was available, easy to get to, and free. g) If is a full nude club and each dancer I got a lap dance from disrobed quickly when the dance started. h) As advertised, lap dances were $30 each and only in the semi-private area. i) Every dancer I spoke to tried to get me upstairs. One dancer started off quoting me over $300 to go to the spaceship. She dropped down to $275 which I still passed on even though she was hot as hell (more on her later). WEDNESDAY ($300 spend) I went to 2001 Odyssey around 5:30 PM after my flight landed. I don’t remember seeing any other customers in the club and there we 2-3 dancers who were very high 8’s . One dancer was black and the others were white. They were all petite/toned and I don’t remember any of them having much ink. To my surprise, I didn’t see any Latinas. The white dancer had massive, stunning tits and the black dancer looked like a petite version of the porn star Harley Dean without Harley’s ink. Her face was prettier than Harley’s. I left shortly after the space ship visit. THURSDAY ($100 spend) I arrived at 7:30 PM and knew I would be too late to see my favorite dancer again. I was hoping my experience last night was typical – it wasn’t. Again, the club was basically empty with only 1-2 other customers and about 3-4 dancers. They were all white with low-to-moderate ink. They were all thin or athletic and I remember one had natural pierced nipples. Most of the ladies this night looked like 7+ with one striking blonde who was a high 8/low 9. She had almost no ink, and athletic build, a deep tan, and light blonde hair. Her breast were naturally larger than average. There was one “dancer” who was older, less pretty than the others, and walking around offering extras to anyone who would take her upstairs. She approached me twice, made many promises to take care of me, and I had to shoo her away both times. I spent most of my time here this evening tipping the dancers who were on the pole. FRIDAY (~$250 spend) A had five hours to kill between checking out of the hotel and catching my flight home so I went back to the club around 1 PM. Yikes – I was the only dude there again. There was one dancer at first who approached me to chat me up. She was friendly enough, but the attraction wasn’t there for me. We talked about 15 minutes before she left. No dancers were on the pole since I was basically the only guy there. I started reading my phone and a few more dancers came into the club. They were in the 6-to-7 range with a few white dancers and an older petite, Pilipino dancer who made no attempt to hide the fact she was offering extras upstairs. I had to turn her away twice. I did buy a dance from the chick with massive, real breasts. During the lap dance, she made sure I touched her breasts (and often). She told me if we went upstairs, I could suck on them too. They were fantastic, but not worth $300 unless you have a nursing fetish. Still, we had a lot of fun. There was some light mutual touching. She was intelligent, independent, and a capable of handling herself – and the best looking dancer in the place BY FAR. These were the last dances I got from her and they got hot as hell. I left 2001 Odyssey after this and would rate my experience an 8/10. I had a wonderful time, but it didn’t rock my world like Wednesday night did.

Having gone to the Crazy Horse 3 in Vegas the week before, I was in Houston and decided to check out St James. I spent about $350 between two consecutive nights: Sunday and Monday. Monday was a very bad night. The club had only a handful of customers and the dancers looked like they were the unlucky ones who got called in to work. Sunday, the night before was better. Pro's: - Mostly attractive dancers with a few who stood out (9's) - Lap dances are given in small private rooms and cost $20 - Before paying for a dance, I asked if touching was allowed - all said yes (except the "kitty"). One said I could touch as along as I didn't go inside (which I wouldn't do anyway) -The facilities are very nice and there's no indication it is a strip club from the outside. A woman uber driver dropped me off, looked at the club for her first time, and told me to thoroughly enjoy myself inside. I smiled. - $7.50 for a mixed drink isn't bad for a strip club Con's: - Maybe I arrived on slow nights, but the club had low energy. I like to see dancers walking/talking to customers to get their money! - It's been said before, but the girls tend to sit with regulars or use their phones. Don't they have bills to pay? - In Vegas, I had to turn dancers away. Here, some dancers would go in the back after dancing on stage even if you tip them - Too laid back for my taste Observations: - Most dancers did not have tats - A couple had pierced nipples - White (mostly), Black, and Latina dancers - A main stage plus to satellite small stages. The dancers will remove their tops on stage and in private - I didn't do VIP

I arrived around 10 PM on Friday. There were almost as many dancers as there were customers. At this early hour, they only had the main stage open. Most of the dancers were lined up near a wall on the right side of the main room. A few dancers were sitting with customers and a few were walking around. The dancers were anywhere from a 7 to perfect 10s. The best looking dancers could seriously compete models. Most dancers were white with a good mix of other races. I love women and was approached by black and white dancers (got dances from both!) When I arrived, I got a drink. I walked around a little bit before I was approached. In this club, you do not have to approach the dancers -- just make eye contact and they will come to you. A few came up to me (one was a high 8 / low 9) without me evening noticing them. If you are the type who prefers a slower pace where you can soak in the club at your own pace, you may not like this club. If you want a steady stream of great looking dancers coming up to you, then you will not be disappointed. And, I spent about $300 total which is not much for a strip club at all. The dancers have their tops on, but take them off as soon as the lap dance starts. The dancers tend to set their own prices with $20 being the MINIMUM they will ask for a lap dance with light touching. I got three dances in the main room - all allowed light touching on legs, butt, and breasts. They also did light touching on my arms and back. One dancer did a scissors move where she was facing away from me, but had her left leg over mine. In this position, it was a groin-on-groin grind. Being a man, I started getting "excited" to which she turned around and said something like "somebody is having a good time!".
