It Is What It Is...UPDATE/CLARIFICATION: Sets are usually three songs in length. Two for Tuesday is still going here (two lap dances for $25) and seems to be a popular event, given the number of patrons present on a recent Tuesday night. And the food is legit. Or maybe it was the fact that it was late and I was starving. Lol. But the sirloin burger I had was attentively cooked medium-rare, and the cheesy bread I shared with two dancers was outstanding. Someone else was tearing into a grilled shrimp salad like it was their last meal and damn near licked the plate clean.
In terms of the dollar parade, the girls dance on stage first, then come down and circulate. So the group that you might see when you come in and sit at the bar will be the three or four girls who danced (loose usage of the term for some; there is not a lot of room to do serious pole work, as the stage is small and the risk of kicking a fellow dancer is high, though you will find some talented folks who will really work it).
The last time I went, it was hilarious to see Russian dancers being catty to each other in that guttural Russian/Ukranian language, only to turn around and be like "Vould you like zome fun, baby?" to me. Haha.

Some Hot Girls, But Not Much Going OnAh, the old Mashpee Ballet...haven't been there in over a decade, but it sounds like little has changed. Since the so-called lap dance area is a sit-on-your-hands-and-look-but-don't-touch-while-everyone-who-isn't-paying-has-a-view-of-the-action-too area, skip it and head over to the main stage area near the bar that has the ropes between the seats and the stage. Plenty of "incidental contact" to be had as the dancers climb over to get better acquainted with you. Do they still blare out the "public service announcement" about how Massachusetts state law forbids any contact between customer and dancer, and violators will be ejected immediately from the premises?
I always had fun at this place when I vacationed on the Cape and even made the trip down from Boston on a few lonely winter weeknights back in the day. Glad it's still there...one of these days I'll get back. I remember getting a bunch of $2 bills as change one night...still have them!

Just... fineGlad to see it's still going strong. I've been there a couple of times for Stripparaoke or however they spell it on Sunday nights. Definitely worth a look. Good beer selection, no cover (at least when I was there about five years ago), talented dancers who know how to work a pole and a crowd. Always fun to watch how the dancers try to distract the singers. It can definitely be on the crowded side and the men's room was pretty sketch, but I hope to return someday soon!
