For cheap lifetime vpn deals check stacksocial (they are a general deal site but in my experience they almost always have at least one vpn package listed). I picked up one for lifetime access for 10 devices for 50 bucks (this was almost 3 years ago).
I think everyone's mileage varies. Last time I was at sundowner I had lap dances from 4 different girls and 3 of them offered, fourth one had a very heavy accent so I am not sure if she ever did and I just never knew it.
