Back to ParadiseThe previous owner was Chris Rudan, he passed away Feb 2017 I believe? Or maybe it was Feb 2016... I'm not sure. Any who, his son took over...so it's not technically 'new management' but I guess you could say that considering they probably have different management styles.
Also in regards to all the new dancers... it's pretty normal for there to be a high turnover of ladies working. The adult entertainment industry has a high turnover rate all around... girls join, they move clubs, it's not what they thought so they quit... maybe the ones you normally see were in the change room, getting ready or in the back. Also a lot of the ladies travel around and work around North America and only come down to NF for the summer. In addition to that obviously there are going to be some that were fired for 'being too fat', breaking club policy, and going over to PE55, or they just hate it.
When girls are constantly being called into the office there are a number of possible reasons; missed stage show, during their stage show they didn't get completely naked, customer complaints, asking if its okay for the house photographer to photograph them for the IG page, didn't pay enough money signing in, etc.
Considering you were there on a Saturday it's probably because Seductions was open and a certain number of girls are supposed to go next door at 10pm and 12am and you have to sign out with management before you go next door otherwise they will constantly be calling/looking for you! :)
More often than not it isn't actually a problem...if it was a problem/customer/dancer fight you would KNOW because madness would ensue on the floor lol.
LASTLY, the meetings he holds are not to 'yell at dancers'... actually, the majority of the time he is talking normally with a raised voice so that we can hear him. Generally the meetings will cover basics such as being nice to customers (duh lol), wearing outfits that suit our body types, stop ripping off customers or they won't come back, don't to extras, to stop bullying other girls that work here, and that he is going to be more strict on fining girls etc. Depending on the severity of the meeting (if drugs are involved or something) or if girls talk back/give sass he gets a little fired up but for the most part he will compliment us and empathize with what we do and then move on to being more serious.
I can see why girls might have a personal vendetta against him because of 'poor management choices' in the past or they feel like he personally singles them out but I believe whomever told you this was extremely biased in their wording.
Hopefully my lengthy comment (my apologies) helps clear up some of your qualms.
