Encore is a no hustle club. It's something they pride themselves on. There is no VIP either. They do $10 dances in a private section. If you want to get hustled, Milwaukee clubs aren't for you. Try Arizona or Texas. Small town clubs don't work that way.

We do not have bosses. We are traveling or local entertainers who work for ourselves. Clubs normally do not pay us. Meaning we are our own bosses. Legally they don't have to hire you, but they also can not legally tell you how to perform, dress, and look. It's the dancers who pay the club, DJ, bouncer, etc. They have no idea what they're doing as far as this industry goes.

They have a sheet there for the girls to fill out asking them about their size. They ask for height, eye color, breast size, if you have tattoos and how many, if you want more tattoos. The point of exotic dancing is to be different. Have girls with colored hair, wigs, different outfits (cowgirl, nurse, etc.) tattoos (which are not trashy and if you think so then please never come get a dance from me.) Tattoos are a personal and beautiful expression of your life, self, and experiences. I come from a tattooed family and my father is an artist. A club who puts so many restrictions in their girls who are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS is a disgrace. That is a fact. Stripping is entertainment. You can't have entertainment without great variety and Bourbon doesn't have that. They are too picky. It's either the club owner or manager who likes a specific type of girl and that's who they hire. I have seen numerous females who haven't been hired there and they are STUNNING with AMAZING talent. I have been in this business for about a decade and my opinion may not matter to you, but it's fact.

I think all of you are in the wrong place. This is for people to read reviews, isn't it? You all act so upset if someone else doesn't like the same club as you. Relax people. Others can have opinions too.

Just writing how I actually feel. Seen a lot better clubs that Bourbon. I legitimately don't like it. Just because I'm a dancer doesn't make me a liar. I am writing my opinions here like everyone else. If you feel you don't like my opinions, please feel free to ignore them. I am just a regular ole person writing reviews so I can read other ones. You all need to open your minds. Not all strippers lie for their own gain. Please go check it out for yourself if you want to find out.

Free ads? I'm just a real human leaving my opinion. Just because I work there doesn't mean I need to talk the place up. I honestly love Sugar and it speaks for itself. I don't need to leave ads. They ask you to leave reviews so you can see the comments. I happened to leave my comment here because I truly love where I work. That's all I'm going to say about this.

Not sure why people are surprised by honesty. I prefer to day what's on my mind and mean it. I may be a stripper, but I was raised with high values in a small town in Wisconsin. It's a bit different out there. People there aren't as fake and self absorbed as they are in Arizona. I'll actually be moving back there in the next couple of years. AZ hasn't been for me, although it's an incredible state.

Dunno who that is, but no. Haha! I'm Sammy. I work at Sugar 44. Just wanted to read the reviews so I left my own opinion here. Been to so many clubs in AZ and like this one the best.
