Mostly just hanging out and talking after the first song.

Thanks for the support, I posted this more out of interest in others experience than anything else. I honestly don't remember her name and I'm going to choose not to describe her further because I am willing to own the role I played in this misunderstanding. I have been to many clubs in many states and have never had an issue, even having been to this club several times I've neve had a dancer not inform me of a count or even bother to keep one at all and then want to pick a number to charge me. Either way, I'm glad I'm not crazy thinking that she should have at most kept me informed of the count and and least had an accurate count.

I've never had a dancer not ask if she should continue until that night. I'll own my part, but in my opinion it's still bad business. Repeat business is worth more in the long run. Either way, thanks for input.
