I assume shift change is around 7-8pm as I’ve had some girls who just got there and others who were almost done for the night. On paying up front, I still notice a mix and it seems based on dancer preference. I noticed girls who don’t really speak English always seem to do the pay up front option, probably to avoid any issues of misunderstanding. But that’s just my guess based on what I’ve seen.
