I don't see that they "allow" prostitution, but the low doesn't necessarily make police raid nightspots and interrogate people to make sure they don't hook up for money, unless someone complains about something. This is what I heard. And that doesn't make the low maker officially allow strip shows and justify it by being less of violation to the religion than prostitution, if it is really less. I don't know.
