Always hate when an additional tip is asked. I know they're just trying to hustle some extra last minute dollars but if I wanted to pay more I'd have gotten additional lap dance. I once got a VIP and the bartender shamed me for not tipping the waitress based on a percentage (I gave her $20 I think) and all I could think of is "is she going to come back there and 'assist' for the full half hour? Why should she get more for bringing a drink back there vs bringing a drink to the floor?" I think they just really try to team up to manipulate (inebriated) customers together and it worsens the already poor vibes. I try to avoid that place at all costs, go to Webster instead.

Went on a tuesday night or something recently, awful idea. These places all seem to think "charge more = make more" it ultimately just hurts the girls. $20 to get into this scuzzy looking closet is a joke, especially at times when there's only like three girls on. I could see charging $20 on Fri/Sat nights--barely--but expecting that is insane during random winter weeknights where neither patrons nor girls are showing up. I'm not gonna pay $20 again just for the gamble of seeing if anyone's even there.

Hey now, Lamplighter's gotten a little better, temporarily. They've got some decent looking girls who will likely get sick of poor management's inability to attract consistent patrons and they'll go to Marios. Which, yeah, I agree is the best club in the area. Centerfolds is a joke.

No, no, the parking lot is atrocious. If there were 30-40 people there it stands to reason you couldn't see the whole lot. There's some pretty bad spots. But it is safe so it has that going for it.

this place gets unbearably busy during actual busy times. but sorta dead any other time from what i've seen. Have spent more time talking to the bartender than any of the dancers I think... lol

Thanks for that skibum, good to know. I still like the club with or without extras. Really nice environment as opposed to the seedy dives in massachusetts. haha

Getting lax about extras? That's good news. One of the best clubs I've been to but I sometimes don't want to make the trip if i'm in the mood for something more.

Dancer last night told me it was $80 to house, $200 minimum. For half hour. And that they did away with 15 minute sessions. was she yankin' my chain or is your review about 15 minute sessions? Thanks

It's been pretty dull because of the season I think. Hope it picks up in the summer. I have 1-2 favorites there and if they're not in I usually walk out.

Yeah, can't recall name though. Just not good with names (esp when drinking) no matter the person. She was nice, dance was good.

Gem is really great. One of my two favorites. The bar's hit or miss, depends who is serving.
