I totally agree with your entire post and have often thought of the exact same thing as you've written. Some of these other posts are explaining some of the bad sides of golfing star potential, but I think that they are missing the point. If you were lucky enough to be good at this sport, then that wouldn't be to bad of a 9-5 job compared to just about all others. That's all, that's it. Stop looking too deep into the post.
I have noticed that no better replacement job has been yet mentioned. lol

This has happened many times to many others all the time. The girls will take advantage when you're getting a lap dance and one song leads to another. Some of them don't think anything about squeezing a guy for the price of an extra dance or two. After the songs have played, it's just your word against her word; and you are sure to lose in that situation.
Don't let it happen, and here's how to avoid that:
1) Be proactive and negotiate up front not only the cost of a dance, but the number of dances that you want. You can always add more dances. If you like her, you could always dig down again for more dances.
2) This is the time to negotiate deals: If the dances are $20 each, then offer 3 for $50 all nude, touching allowed, etc. The worst that can happen is that she says no, and/or counters the offer. Most girls like this approach and are willing to negotiate when they realize that a larger sum of money is on the table.
3) Once the deal is consummated, give her the money right away when you're in the lap dance area. It's the proper way to do business, and she will appreciate your straightforwardness and think that you have even more money to blow. If she's smart, she'll give you your moneys worth; or she'll loose you for any extra dances or anything else extra.
This system works pretty well. It limits how much you are spending up front, and tells her that she will not get ripped off when you pay her beforehand
