Club O is behind an abandoned hotel on the outskirts of Harvey. Abandoned buildings attract crime and they should be torn down if the owners don't do anything about them.

Recently went back to arnies after having not going for along time

You shouldn't have fell for that trick because most of the dancers trap you to them giving you a sex job for more money. As long as the club owner bribes the corrupt Harvey Police Department not to raid the club, he allows type of happen to happen. Arnie's is literally a whorehouse because the girls do more than dances.
