Yes, the same service, it' s legal here. Before in past soviet union it was illigal but now it' freedom. But it' s very slow, because on winter and very cold for tourists to come here, I think.

I am russian and I really live in Russia and I am not from KGB! And I am not from mafia and I don't know if we have any mafia here, I think Russia is a new republic with new history and new plans for the future!
