I have been to this club many times before the remodel and this past Thursday was the first since the remodel. I was hoping for some eye candy with my beer but not one dancer was on the floor. It was about 4 PM when I entered the place and I found the bar tender, an attractive slender fully dressed blond, with 3 guys at the bar. That was it. I ordered a beer to wait out the first dancer appearance but she did not show. Walking around sipping my beer I found about 4 large roomy PD booths with sheer curtains all with white leatherette wrap around couches, clean and neat. There is a DJ booth at the end of the PD area near the stage. Nice place but no action for me. I left at 4:30.

It has been several months since I have visited the club but had some time to kill yesterday so I dropped by. I was pleased to see a dancer that was new to the club named Quinn. She is my kind of dancer! She is all natural brunette at 5'3" and maybe 110 pounds with perfect unblemished skin and no Tats. She was very friendly to me and easy to talk to. This made me want a PD and I was pleased with my 4 dances back in the newly covered booths. When I was leaving I saw another cute dancer in the parking lot having a smoke. I sat beside the and we chatted for a while. I will come back next week to see her because she is very cute too. She is working MTW days next week. The beer was good with a good price, the two dancers were both above 8's in my book and the booths were repaired and clean. Nothing else about the club has changed nor remarkable. There are video poker machines there but I never indulge.

It was a while since I have been in the VIP and a friend of mine had been seeing Sxxxx and recommended her to me for a good time. On Monday afternoon she was expected to be there so I was dressed for a pleasant dance session with her. I had lots of cash in my pocket to keep it going if the fun factor was available. I was greeted by Nxxxxx, a slender young attractive blond, who told me that Sxxxx would not be in today. My bad luck! She was forward, leaning into me and asking if she could give me a nice dance. Yes she was attractive so I bit the hook. We started out with the 3 for 40 couch dance and I will admit that she has some good moves and I did not touch beyond her hips and thighs. That was clearly her boundary. She was pushing the private area but not enticing me in any suggestive way. During the third dance she dropped her bottoms for a quick rear view peak but all contact was bottoms on. During the last song she suggested the private booth again and I told her that there was no indication that additional privacy or cash was indicated. Before the last song ended she leaned into me one of the few times and her neck was close to my mouth so I gave her a dry peck on the neck. This pissed her off and she asked me to leave. I was the only customer and she chased me away. I might go back to see the other Sxxxx but it will be a while, hopefully after Nxxxxx moves on.

I like the atmosphere even though the music is too loud most of the time. The club is clean and the bartender remembers my drink. The girls are very nice to my eyes and on a slow night they are very friendly. I wonder why Portland does not rank higher on the top clubs of this site, especially when I read the offerings and cost of high rated clubs in other states. Perhaps it is because we have so many offerings. Back to the Dolphin rating: This is a good eye candy club where you can enjoy some of the Portland Metro areas finest ladies nude on stage. If you are friendly and not a slob they will be engaging and flirtatious with you and get real close. I will often get a drink at the bar and be visited by a sweet honey before long. I agree with some of the other reviews written here and I have experienced all of the club offerings. This is not a club for lap dances. You will be wasting money and regret it. If you find yourself face to face with an irresistible woman that is dripping with sex appeal then take her to the VIP room for a limited thrill. I have enjoyed some increasable hotties back there but they have to be way over the top and full of unobtainium for me to consider that investment. The degree of contact has been girl variable so there is no telling what you will get on a given day. Most of the time I will only spend an hour at this or any other club. I enjoy my drink at a table or the bar and walk up to the rail for an exceptional view. There are some small satellite poles for the under 21 girls. they can only dance and return to the back room unless they get a special dance request. I have found that a woman of 25 to 30 will know more and do better in the PD realm so I only watch and tip the youthful flowers.

This is a very small bar close to home so I visit it occasionally. Value is high because they have a long happy hour and the draft beer from Boneyard is very good at $3.00. On any afternoon you will find dancers that range from 0 to 2 girls that tend to be not that hot. I have had lots of fun with Carmen, (Who hasn't had fun with some dancer named Carmen?). When there is an attractive dancer on the stage they have been very close and friendly. This would be a prelude to a couch dance and yes I have had several. Now here is the bummer! There are 2 side by side couches with sheer curtains directly across from the bar, just 2 tables away. Now I am certain that the women I have been with would have enjoyed giving me more if they had more privacy. Sadly the show is there for all to see. I think this would be a better place given a remodel that moved the rail to the lap dance area and placed the PD area behind the current pole location to give at least a feeling of more privacy. I also think that this would attract better dancers because they could make more cash with a better PD venue. I will still go back for the good beer value and an occasional rare beauty found there.

I am somewhat of a regular at the BBR since I visit about twice a month. I am there usually on Monday or Wed. afternoons because that seems to be my best time to get away from home. I also like these times because it tends to be a bit slow and the ladies pay more attention to me than on a busy evening. I normally get one beer for $3.00 and tip Eric the BT a buck so that he is happy to see me. Next I settle in a booth to discover who is dancing. The frequency and quality of dancers seems to be a bit random but I can normally find at least one to my liking. The dances at the rail are better than most other places with the girls getting very friendly. My primary reason for being there is to get a lap dance and these are nude after the first dance. Most of the time I get a very sensual and better than average club dance with a Hot Babe. The club needs some work to get up to average standards. The dance booths are falling apart with the covers torn and cotton exposed. I normally lay my jacket over to improve the comfort level. The dances cost vary, some want 25 but I only offer 20 and I think I get all the attention they are willing to give me for that rate. I normally leave happy and with 70 to 100 less cash in my pocket.

I have visited here many times since the beginning. The place has gone through an evolution of finish and management but the bones are old and funky. My times have been before 6 pm and I usually stay less than an hour. The value is good at 3 bottom covered dances for $40 but the enjoyment is from bad to good depending on the dancer. Some of these women do not have a clue and cause pain in the privates. Others have finesse and make me want to return. In the past 3 years I have been there 20 or more times and it is on my way home from work. There are cameras in all dance areas and some of the girls keep you in the no touch mode due to the cameras or use that as a reason, others do not seem to mind or ignore the cameras. There is no booze so I can do better at some of the beer bars in town but pay a bit more to get it.
