This is a decent club at...
This is a decent club at what is concurrently a great, and horrible, location. It's right off the Market, downtown, so it's pretty nice if you're in the area, but a pain to find parking. I normally avoid that problem by coming by late enough that street parking is easy to find. Once you're parked, however, it's a quick trip up the stairs, pay your $20 and you're in. It's the second smallest floor I've been to in Seattle, but a decent setup for all that. Not nearly as easy to tip as at SoDo or Rick's, but decent dances are to be had.
Now, I've been to this club a number of times, and I've got a few favorites, and another few girls I don't dance with but enjoy talking with when they can't find customers. Others are a bit too focused on their work for me to get to know them and see if I want to try a dance with them. That's their job though, so you can't really blame them.
Tonight, I had two dances, one pretty decent, one great. Contrary to what you'd expect, it's the great dance that is likely to take this club off my circuit. See, the first dance, with a girl named Quinn, was pretty good, decent grind, with clear boundaries. Pretty standard for the corporate scene.
The second dance, however, is why I'm writing this. Jerika is exactly my type. Long dark hair, nice tis, great ass, and short enough to make her curves stand out even more. My custom was hers to lose, and that was apparently her goal. Rather than taking to me, when she finally came to see me, she jumped straight into her pitch. No exchange of names, no "what brings you in tonight," nothing, just straight to the "wanna dance?" I kinda wanted to, but I'd already hit my budget, so I asked her to Please come back in 10 minutes, because I wanted to decide if I wanted to dance, and how much to spend. Not maybe later, a specific time, so she'd know I wasn't just blowing her off.
...30 minutes later, I finally got her attention again (she didn't come back until I made it blatantly obvious that I was waiting for her) and went for a dance. I should have known I'd be a problem when I sat down and she started dancing about 20 seconds into the song, rather than asking me if I'd prefer to wait to the start of the next song.
Strike two was when she stated, after having started dancing, that my options were $40 for one, or 3 for $100. This, despite policy of $20 dances. Ok, she's cute, I thought, and lots of girls offer better dances for $40 each (Quinn offered as much, for example) so I let it slide. Still, I decided to go with the single, because I was trying to keep to my budget. The dance, however, was good enough to make me want more, with hints and allusions, good contact, everything a (legal) dance should be. After that, I couldn't resist, and I asked for the 3/$100 deal. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I wanted those next two dances more. We've all been there before. A testament to her skill and beauty, right?
Too bad there is Nothing testifying to her ethics. After song number 3 was done, she asked if I wanted to continue, I declined, saying I shouldn't even have agreed to the $100. That's when Jerika tried to rob me. She said I had one dance And then the 3 deal, when I know Damn well it was only 3 dances total, because as I keep saying, I was keeping track for budgetary reasons. Then this ***** tries to con me with a "compromise" of $130 for what she claimed were 4 dances. Not happening, especially given that it technically wasn't even 3 full songs. Unlike this jerk, however, I do have ethics, so I went to the atm and got the $100 I owed her, and paid the thieving ****. Then, before I left, pissed off and disgusted, I asked one of the gentlemen working there who I should complain to, and did, explaining the bait and switch and attempted rob. The manager was appropriately concerned, and made all sorts of understanding, conciliatory, and deflecting comments, and said she's talk to her, so I'm satisfied that my complaint was heard, at least.
But I'm a vindictive sort, so I'm not done. I want the rest of you good folk to know what happened, so that you can avoid Jerika like the plague. I get that we're just a meal ticket to these girls, and I'm fine with that, but I'm not fine with some ***** who either can't count or has zero ethics. Seriously, gents, do yourselves a favor and avoid her. Treat girls like Quinn, Taylor, Ruby, et al., like the wonderful Women they are, and they'll return the favor.
Girls like Jerika, however, need to be drummed out of this industry. This, despite her, quite frankly, Amazing dances. You can easily get better dances, legit or not, elsewhere, so there's no reason to give this greedy jerk your hard earned cash. If you go to this club, and I encourage you to do so, just make sure you don't end up with her.
