good time
Border is only about 1/2 mile to 1 mile from the club and line is short if you go late in the evening. I know Spanish but some girl there know enough English to get by so you should be ok. The waiter know English well so you can let them know what you want and they will set you up with any girl. The talent is ok mostly 6-7 rated a couple of 8+ on a busy night. Mexicali is a bit more expensive than TJ but much safer. You should experience little to no issues in Mexicali. Club la Mosca and la Casona are great options too and they are very close to El miau miau
