The owner also owns Club O and that club is the closest to how this seems to operate. - Lap dances are in a side room. chairs are sectioned off with sheer curtains. Dances are fully nude at $30 a song. - They do have VIP rooms at 15, 30, and 60 minutes. Forgot the 15 minute price, but 30 minutes at 400 and 60 minutes at $600. - Contact during the dances can vary greatly depending on dancer and their comfort level. Had a couple close to air dances and one woman who I made a connection with and those dances were much more, for her too :) Hope this clears up the gaps for you.
