I've been to Deja Vu a few times in the past month. I usually get there around when they open during the week. Sometimes there's nobody there (seems if things are dead they waive the door fee). If you pay for a cover you get a ticket for a free drink. Like other area clubs you get checked at the doors, and all the non-dancer staff are friendly and there's always someone that speaks English nearby to translate.
Bar accepts all major credit cards. Music in the club is loud, but you can still easily talk to the girls or bartender. That's one big plus over some other area clubs: you don't leave with ringing ears.
The sitting area has one main stage and three or four smaller stages near couches. The private room in the back is $30 for two to four songs (depends on the dancer, how much she likes you and how busy it is). The dances allow full roaming and are mainly to get you to take her upstairs. The private dance couches are all in the same dark room, not smaller rooms so each guy getting a dance can see each other, though the room is dark enough for some privacy.
To go upstairs is $150-200 (from my experience). Gets you half an hour of alone time. Rooms are clean, feature a queen sized bed, and have their own bathroom to clean up in afterwards. While the girls have their own place downstairs to get cleaned up in, most are more than happy to hop in with you and help out.
All in all, if I'm in the mood to see a girl I usually wander in here as the bar is nice (and the drinks are relatively cheap), the girls are hot and friendly, and the atmosphere is good.
