Not sure what club you went to, but The French Quarter does not have a 3' rule at the stage. girls often come down on your lap for a few tips. Also, Lap dances arent $30. its $20 for one and scale up from there. 3 for $40, 5 for $60 i believe.

Not sure who told you dances are $40. Dances in the main room are $10 and the girl can touch you, but you cant touch. In VIP they are $20 and 2 way touching allowed.
